ONLINE VIDEO COURSES

SERIES 7 - GENERAL SECURITIES REPRESENTATIVE

This exam is the same in every state and allows a person to sell securities. The Series 7 exam has 250 questions (given in two 125 question parts), a 6 hour time limit (broken into two 3 hour parts) and a 70% passing grade. Some states also require a person holding this license to obtain a Series 63 license. This license will allow you to obtain the Series 66 license instead of the Series 63.

This course will prepare you to pass your NASD Series 7 exam on your first attempt. It includes over 16 hours of Online Video Lecture instruction in two formats. SERIES 6 - MUTUAL FUNDS / VARIABLE PRODUCTS

This exam is the same in every state and allows a person to sell primary issues of mutual funds, variable insurance and variable annuities. The Series 6 exam has 100 questions, a 2 hour and 15 minute time limit and a 70% passing grade. Some states also require a person holding this license to obtain a Series 63 license.

This course will prepare you to pass your FINRA (formerly NASD) Series 6 exam on your first attempt. It includes over 16 hours of Online Video Lecture instruction in two formats. SERIES 63 - Uniform Securities Act

This exam is the same in every state and is required by some states to activate a Series 6 license. The Series 63 exam has 65 questions, a 1 hour and 15 minute time limit and a 70% passing grade. If you hold a Series 7 license you should obtain a Series 66 license, which is a combination of a Series 63 and Series 65, and will allow you to charge a commission for a securities sale and a fee for investment advice given.

SERIES 65 - UNIFORM INVESTMENT ADVISER LAW EXAM

This exam is the same in every state and allows a person to charge a fee for giving investment advice. This license will not allow you to sell securities. The Series 65 exam has 130 questions, a 3 hour time limit and 68.5% passing grade.
